What you can do
It all starts with buying the right garment. This way, you’ll reduce the need for returns, and your pieces will become your new favourites. It’s also important to consider what happens to a garment after it leaves our warehouse: the user phase. In this phase, we trust you to take care of your clothing, so it can be worn and loved for as long as possible.
Care with love
A garment lasts longer if it’s washed and treated properly. Care instructions can vary depending on the material, so always check the care label or the information on our website.
Support
For YOEK, quality has always been our top priority. However, unforeseen defects can arise over time. In case this happens, support your garment by having it repaired.
Find a new home
Your personal style may change over time. We completely understand that every now and then you might need to do a wardrobe clear-out, and some garments may no longer fit your style. If your items are still in good condition, they deserve a second life. Sell them, give them to a friend or family member, or donate them to charity.
Recycle when it's time to say goodbye!
When you’ve worn your YOEK item with love for many years, it may eventually be time to part ways with it. Make sure it gets recycled by placing it in a textile recycling bin.

Repare policy
At YOEK, we invest a lot of time and energy into the quality of our garments. However, defects can occasionally occur. We are happy to help fix these issues in order to extend the lifespan of the garment. If something is broken on your garment, here's what to do:
- Send a photo to fashionadvisor@yoek.nl, including at least 3 clear pictures of the defect.
- Based on the photos, we’ll think of a suitable solution for you.
